Job Title: Reach Truck Operator 
Location: Irving, TX
Reports To: Shipping/Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to support our team in Irving, TX. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring that customer orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.

• Accurately pick, stage, and label customer orders based on pick tickets.

• Load shipments in line with vendor guidelines and complete all required shipping documentation.

• Unload finished goods (FG) and work-in-progress (WIP) from production; place items in proper storage and document SKU data accurately.

• Follow all directions from the Shipping/Warehouse Manager or their designee.

• Report any issues related to product quality, equipment, safety, or conduct immediately.

• Operate powered lift equipment and always follow safety procedures, including wearing safety glasses.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or their designee.

• Prior experience operating reach truck, cherry picker and sit down forklift is a must

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.

• Forklift or powered lift vehicles is a MUST 

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

• Basic math skills and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to lift and move heavy items.

• Commitment to safety and a compliant workplace.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour 

• Shift days: Mon- Fri 

• Shift hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
